Announcing: eNotify Automatic Notifications Feature
Rochester township has implemented a new feature on the township website called eNotify. eNotify is an optional service anyone can sign up to use for free. Once signed up, people will receive automated email and / or text messages whenever a change is made to 'News & Announcements', 'Agendas & Minutes' or 'Ordinances'. Additional categories may be added over time.So, how do you sign up for eNotify?
1) Visit the Rochester township website (Rochester-township.com) and click on the 'Home' button to ensure you are at the right spot.
2) Scroll down a bit and click on the big 'eNotify' button.
3) Enter an email address where you would like messages sent and then click 'Sign-in'.
4) Optionally, you may enter and save a telephone number if you would like to receive text messages as well.
5) Once you sign in with the email address, scroll down a bit and you will see the categories that have been created.
6) Click on the icon(s) to select those categories where you wish to be notified. You can click email, text or both.
7) Click 'Save Changes'.
That's it! You don't need to sign in to e-Notify again unless you wish to change your selections. Now, whenever changes are made to those web pages (categories) you will automatically receive a notice (email and/or text message).
